Refund policy

We want you to be obsessed with your Stinson Young pieces. To take them with you everywhere you go and feel your absolute best in them. If you are dissatisfied or have questions, please reach out! Need a different size? Just don’t like it? Returns for refund or exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please email hello@stinsonyoung.com with your return request, email address associated with the purchase and order number to process a return or exchange. Please review the following return policy before initiating a return or exchange:

Item must be unworn and unused, in original condition and original packaging and tags. any returned items showing wear/odor/etc. will be deemed non-refundable. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and shipped back to us within 5 days of return request approval. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

Refunds are processed in the original form of payment. 

Returns/refunds are not accepted for items purchased in person. Return policy refers to online purchases only. 

Note for stylists: we cannot process returns/refunds for items used for press or photoshoots. If you would like to inquire about pulling pieces for styling, please email us hello@stinsonyoung.com
